The Inn Team provides work opportunities to individuals facing systemic barriers and who are at-risk or currently experiencing homelessness. Program participants receive employability training, job site mentorship, and a wage for work rendered in the community to achieve financial stability. We provide services to commercial, residential, and not-for-profit organizations within the GTA. Members of our Inn Team are certified in First Aid, WHMIS, and other essential skills required to carry out jobs in the community. Each job assignment is under the direct supervision of a Team Lead that ensures that Inn Team members upheld customer service standards in performance, quality, and professionalism.
